What I recommend my patients do is let the dispensary workers know what exactly it is they are trying to accomplish and then let them help guide you. Ultimately, your Mom needs to try 1 high quality indica, 1 quality sative and 1-2 different hybrids and see how she responds. It never stops hurting, reparil gel will calm it down a little, but other than that I'm stuck with this pain (not really tingly, more like my hands are on fire). I don't want surgery in my wrists, and I can't leave my job, so eventually I'm gonna get hooked on pain killers it seems.
